The maintenance center has branches in Baghdad and Basra. Its tasks include maintaining machines and equipment,
where customers can contact the center to repair the machine. If the machine suffers from major damage, a team from
the maintenance center will bring the machine next day to repair it using the company's cranes, but if the damage is
minor, maintenance is done on site.

Customers get a one-year warranty on heavy machinery and a two-year warranty on generators. If the warranty is valid,
the problem will be repaired at the center at no cost.

The maintenance center has mobile workshops consisting of about 10 equipped vehicles, 5 cranes and a flatbed.
They are used to repair machines on site or to bring them to the center.

The center provides high-quality maintenance throughout Iraq and its maintenance staff is trained outside the country.
Each team consists of two to four people, usually an engineer and technicians.

The maintenance center conducts a comprehensive pre-delivery inspection (PDI) for all machines to ensure that they
are working 100% correctly before they are delivered to the customer
