Al-Ghodwa Group has fulfilled its contractual commitment by supplying firefighting vehicles with a capacity of 6,500 liters of water and 500 liters of foam to the Civil Defense Directorate of the Iraqi Ministry of Interior, with a total of 31 vehicles, including spare equipment.

The project was funded by the UK Export Finance (British Lending Institution) and represents the first fully completed project under the British loan program, with manufacturing carried out by Emergency One UK.

Al-Ghodwa Group takes pride in introducing the latest global technology in firefighting vehicle manufacturing and in training Iraqi personnel after more than 15 years of interruption in supplying vehicles to the Civil Defense Directorate. The need for this type of vehicle is very high, particularly with the rise in fire incidents and the opening of new Civil Defense centers across Iraq, making it essential to increase the fleet.

The Honorable Minister of Interior, along with the Deputy Minister and the Major General, Director of Civil Defense, praised the quality of the supplied vehicles. The Minister instructed the continuation of procedures to contract for additional batches to modernize the Civil Defense fleet, exclusively with Emergency One, as the company has demonstrated credibility, seriousness, and compliance with timelines and specifications.
